Hey everyone!

Hey everone! This is the first post on this game's site. I'm excited to give some extra information about the game project. If you have any questions, comment on the game's main page (at least of now). Also, English isn't my first language, please be patient and understanding, I make plenty of mistakes.

As the description says, this game is about developing computer hardware, such as CPUs, GPUs and different types of memory. At first you will only be able to make CPUs, but as the game progresses you will get the chance unlock the others.

One of the most challenging part of the game will be designing the hardware, as you will have to make decisions about every little detail. This does not mean, that this will be some kind of a simulator, no. I want to make this game fun, while still make it as realistic as possible. Its complex nature will give extra difficulty and replayability. At the start of the game the player will get an in-depth tutorial. After completetion the player will have free will, but can access little help panels, to get information about certain things, decisions. On these panels there always be a "more about this" button, which will take the player to the help window, which will be accessable anytime by pressing a button (F1). Also, the game will get more and more complex (as hardware gets more complex), so at the beginning it will be easier to learn the basics on simplistic hardware. So don't be afraid, everyone will be able to play this game, who gives enough time to at least get started on the learning curve (the game is going to be designed in a way, that most people will understand what to do, and how in about 15-20 minutes max).

But thats not all, you'll also have to manage the leadership and the employees of the company (which will be the least complex part), build fabs, develop manufacturing nodes, produce hardware and do marketing. Interaction with other companies will also be a big part of the game, buy licenses, form alliances, make deals or even take competitors to court.

The game will be fairly historical, but the player can have an influence on the way this alternate timeline goes.

If you read through all of this, than, well, thank you :).

I wrote plenty of thoughts down, and its also pretty late, so I might have phrased things in a way that its hard to decypher (once again, English isn't my first language), so if you didn't understand something, or have any question, comment on the main page of the game, and I'll answer it.

Have a great rest of your day (or night)!
